How to Redeem
You need to be logged in to see available redemptions and to make a submission.
Please read this information before creating a submission.
SELECT CARD REDEMPTIONS FROM 2022 ONWARDS:
If you redemption card is from a Select Cards release from 2022 onwards, please follow these steps to redeem your card(s):
1. Login/Register for this Select Redemptions Centre site. (this is separate to your Select Cards web site login).
2. Choose the release from FIND REDEMPTION menu.
3. Choose the redemption card(s) you have and create the submission. You will receive an automatic confirmation email with the submission number and mailing instructions.
If a redemption is not yet available you will see a NOTIFY ME button when select the card. You can set a notification to me notified by WhatsApp or Email when submission is open.
SELECT CARD REDEMPTIONS FROM BEFORE 2022:
Please follow instructions on the back of redemption card, to send it to us with the self addressed stamped packaging that is stated, to: Select Redemptions, PO Box 82, TERREY HILLS, NSW, 2084.
SUBMISSION INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS:
- We highly recommend you send your submissions by registered mail. Select takes no responsibility for cards lost or damaged in transit to us. We will use suitable packaging to ship your redeemed cards back to for all redemptions that are able to be submitted from this site.
- When creating a submission, there are two processing/shipping options available to choose from;
- Standard Processing: FREE, via Sendle/Australia Post, with an expected 1-4 week processing time to lodge to carrier***.
- Priority Processing: $14.95, via Express Post, with an expected 2 day - 1 week processing time to lodge to carrier***.
- Select will process your submission ONLY when ALL cards in a submission are available for redemption. You can create multiple submissions
- Maximum of 5 cards per submission.
- If the physical cards submission is not received by us within 14 days of the online submission being created, it will cancelled and you will need to create a new one.
- All cards will be sent back in the appropriate Card Armour.
